Alba Elizabeth (Rodriguez Hernandez) Mendez

Alba E. Mendez, age 65, passed away peacefully on Monday, July 22, 2024, at North Memorial Hospital, in Robbinsdale, MN. She was born October 9, 1958 in El Salvador to Ana Hernandez and Juan Froilan Rodriguez. Celebrating 52 years of marriage to Alvaro Enrique Mendez, Alba truly lived life to the fullest, enjoying her grandkids and great-grandkids. She will be missed dearly. She is survived by her husband Alvaro; her children, Luis, Boris, Nanci, Douglas, Ambar and Anagloria Mendez; 19 grandkids and 2 great-grandkids. Visitation is scheduled for Saturday, July 27th at 10:00AM at Peterson Grimsmo Funeral Chapel, Monticello, MN.
