Alvaro Enrique Mendez

It is with deep love and heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our beloved father, Alvaro Enrique Mendez, who went to be with the Lord on Sunday, September 14, 2025 at the age of 73. He was a devoted father, grandfather, brother, and friend whose kindness and strength touched the lives of all who knew him.

Born on September 20, 1951 in El Salvador,  Alvaro lived a life marked by hard work, faith, and love for his family. He was known for his sense of humor, strong work ethic, love for his family, and his way of caring for those around him.

His greatest pride was his family, his daughters and sons. He is survived by his children, Luis (Kehila), Boris, Nanci , Douglas ( Donna), Ambar (Marcos) and Anagloria (Jesus) & Ely; His Grandkids Natalie, Gabriela, Erik, David (Mallie), Liz, Cristina (Jose), Sam, Emmanuel, Valeria, Jaylen, Adrian, Ava, Rosie, Alex, Josie, Gloria, Ricky, Logan, and Ramon; Great-Grandkids; Raya, Lucy and Luca, who will forever cherish his memory and carry forward the values he instilled in them.

Though our hearts ache with his absence, we are comforted knowing he is at peace, and his spirit will continue to live on in each of us.
