It is with deep sadness that we share that Bridgett Goracke, our wife, mom, grandma, daughter, sister, and friend passed away on April 25, 2026.
Two years ago, she suffered a brain aneurysm followed by additional medical complications. Doctors, therapists, and specialists who reviewed her case often told us she should not have survived what she went through, but she proved them all wrong. Through sheer strength, determination, and a will to keep going, she fought her way through the past two years. There were good days and hard days, but no matter what she faced, she always tried her best—even on her worst days. She carried herself with courage, resilience, strength and love that never faded.
As heartbreaking as this is, we are grateful she is finally at peace. We are devastated, but we are also proud of the strong woman she was and forever grateful for the time we had with her.
We will be having a celebration of life for Bridgett on Sunday, May 3, 2026 from 12:00 to 4:00 PM at the Goracke Residence (if you need an address, please message or call Brooke at 763-300-4976). We ask for anyone who wants, please send 1-3 pictures you have with her to share at her memorial.
Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Peterson-Grimsmo Funeral Chapel of Monticello, MN. 763-295-2918. www.peterson-grimsmochapel.com.
