Charles Soucy Obituary

Soucy, Charles Allen age 73 of Anoka, passed away Wednesday, May 1, 2019 at Mercy Hospital. He was preceded in death by a sister Linda. Survived by wife Barbara; son Bret (Carrie) Soucy of Monticello; daughter Lisa (Andrew) Sawatzke of Monticello; grandchildren Joseph and Ava Soucy; Carson, Wyatt, Drew, and Dane Sawatzke; brothers David (Terry) and Jack Soucy; sisters Roseanne (Arthur) Duran, Cathy (Brad) Christensen, Carolyn (Dan) Wruck. Charles was the owner/operator of the Wayside Inn and Charlie’s West both of Monticello and later Soucy’s Interior Painting in Anoka.

A Gathering of Family and Friends will be from 2-5PM on Wednesday, May 15, 2019 at the Peterson-Grimsmo Chapel; 250 East Broadway in Monticello; with a lunch to immediately follow at the Monticello VFW; 713 Cedar Street in Monticello.
