Constance "Connie" Lounsbury Obituary

Constance (Connie) Lounsbury, 84, of Monticello, MN, died peacefully on Friday, January 16th, surrounded my many of her loved ones.

Connie was born in Menahga, MN to Robert and Merle Duncan and lived her life with strong grace and beauty. She worshiped at Faith Lutheran Church and held Bible studies in her home. She created beautiful tea parties, was a master gardener, quilter, and published author. She always dressed sharp, adorned many stylish hats, and loved the Lord with a passion.

She was preceded in death by both of her parents, older brother LeeRoy (Lee), younger sister Donna Forsburg, and youngest daughter Cynthia (Cindy) Johnson.

She is survived by her loving husband, David Lounsbury of Monticello; daughter Laura Lounsbury from Monticello; daughter Elaine (Lani) Perry, aka: Dr. Elaine Happ and her husband Dave Perry from Bay Lake; daughter Lisa Lounsbury and her husband Lawrence (Larry) Carlson from Coon Rapids; sister Irene (Rennie) Duncan from Arizona; sister Judie Pierce from Iowa; many grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Funeral will be held on Thursday, January 22nd at 11am at Faith Lutheran Church, 12449 Clementa Ave NW, Monticello, MN 55362. Fellowship preceding the service at 10am and a light lunch afterwards.
