Daniel John Totushek, originally of Eden Prairie, MN, died peacefully in a Brooklyn Center Care facility on the afternoon of September 3, 2025. Residing in various locations in retirement, Dan had 97 years of life, 70 of which he was married to the late Betty Lucille (Hink) Totushek.
Dan is survived by six adult children, and he and wife Betty’s many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Dan was a loving, kind, thoughtful and fun-loving husband and father, who loved the great outdoors and exploring the country. He knew in his own special way how to quietly model attributes of love, compassion, grace, forgiveness, and kindness to his wife, children, grand and great grandchildren. Together, dad and mom also had a heart for taking in and showering love among relatives and strangers needing a second chance in life. Both dad and mom’s legacy of love and kindness will live on in the hearts and lives of all who crossed their paths!❤️
