Elroy Howard Olson

Elroy H. Olson passed away at his residence on Thursday, May 25, 2023. He was born on February 24, 1940 to parents Elmer H and Inga (Sander) Olson in Granite Falls, Minnesota. In 1948 Elmer moved his farming family from Cottonwood to Elk River. He married Judy Klatt in 1968 and they purchased the family farm and continued with dairy farming and also did custom combining. 

Elroy was preceded in death by his parents; father and mother-in-law, Vernon and Pearl Klatt; son-in-law, Joe Phillips; and brother-in-law Doug Noon. He is survived by wife Judy; children Tammy Phillips, Tom (Hollie) Olson, Tim Olson, Tracy (Kory) McCalla; 10 grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; brother Dennis (Carol) Olson; and sisters, Selma Noon, and Glenda Olson.
