James Francis Kealy
Our Son, Our Brother, Our Friend
Age 68 of Monticello
Passed away peacefully on May 25, 2025. His father, Thomas Kealy; and brother Thomas Michael Kealy, Jr. preceded him in death. Surviving are his mother, Florence (Trettel) Kealy Mayer; sister Mary Kealy-Falk; brother Patrick (Patricia) Kealy; nieces & nephews, Matthew, Jeffrey, and Joey Kealy, Thomas, and Brenna Falk, John Kealy, and Madison Kealy-Shea; many other relatives & friends; and special friend Carol Haavisto. Jim was a social guy who always took time to chat with people. He always projected a positive attitude and was kind in word and deed. He only spoke of anyone or anything in the best light. His true passion was music, having played in a few bands, and being very knowledgeable about music, especially from the 70’s. Sports trivia, golfing, and bowling were all great activities, but he really loved spending time with his family. Jim was a true gem.
