Jennifer "Jenny" Grace Latsch

Jennifer “Jenny” Latsch passed away at her home in St. Cloud, MN on April 19, 2023 at the age of 31.  Jenny was born in Buffalo, MN to Richard and Diane Latsch. Jenny attended Rivercrest Christian School in Big Lake, MN, homeschooled in Big Lake, MN and then graduated from Monticello High School in Monticello, MN in 2010.

She was a very kind and caring woman who loved animals. Every pet she ever cared for was a rescue.  She was very talented with all kinds of crafts. She was employed in several different kinds of work, but her favorite job was with the Aggieland Animal Shelter in Bryan, Texas. Jenny had a passion for art and was very gifted. She owned her own sticker design business which she did in addition to her “regular” job.

Jenny is preceded in death by her paternal grandparents, Carl and Laureen Latsch; maternal grandfather, George (and Ann) Scott; maternal grandmother, Donelda (and Clarence) Morrow.

She is survived by her parents, Richard and Diane Latsch; sister, Amanda Latsch; brother, Geoffrey; sister-in-law, Katharine Latsch; niece, Serenity Kaiser; nephews, Micah Gatchel, James Gatchel, Jack Latsch, and Brady Latsch.

A memorial service will be held at Free Grace United Church, 829 School Street NW, Elk River MN, 763-633-9706, on Friday, May 5, 2023 at 11:00 AM.
