Peterson, Kathryn Fern

Age 71 of Big Lake, left this world for the next on December 10, 2020.

Kathryn was born in Mpls on June 1, 1949 and graduated from Big Lake High School in 1967.

She enjoyed gardening, raising orchids and watching birds and deer. Her spare time was spent quilting, reading mysteries and pursuing various artistic endeavors.

Preceded in death by parents, Del and Irene Hayes; brother, James (Charlene) Hayes; nephews, Andrew Hayes, Matthew Hayes and Michael Hayes. Survived by sons, Christopher and Eric (Lori) Peterson; siblings, George (Audrey) Hayes, Thomas (Sandra) Hayes, Christine (Mauro) Perwin; grandchildren Ryan and Tara Peterson, and many nieces and nephews.

Memorial services will be at 11AM on Wednesday, December 16th, 2020 at Saron Lutheran Church 311 Lake St. S. Big Lake, MN with visitation beginning an hour earlier. Private interment. Arr. Peterson-Grimsmo Chapel 763-295-29518 www.petersongrimsmochapel .com
