Leroy "Lee" Sullivan Obituary

Lee Sullivan, age 78 of Big Lake, passed away on Thursday, May 19, 2022.  Lee was born July 30, 1943, in Robbinsdale, MN to Lloyd Sullivan and Lillie (Kelly) Hagen.  He attended Robbinsdale High School, graduating in 1962.  He then enlisted in the United States Air Force, and proudly served from 1962-1966.  Lee met the love of his life, Corrine Breun, in 1967.  They were married on October 18, 1969, at St. Stephen Catholic Church in Anoka, MN.  They were blessed with a son and a daughter. 

Lee worked at Crystal Cabinets for 34 years.  He had a knack for woodworking, as a cabinetmaker, and making cribbage boards and most recently making birdhouses.  He enjoyed playing games, especially cards, golf, horseshoes, and cribbage with family and friends.   Lee also loved watching his Minnesota sports teams. 

He is survived by his loving wife of 52 years, Corrine; his children, Brook (Anne), Mindy (Carl) Peterson; grandchildren, Ian, Jane, Andrew, Genevieve Sullivan, and Brandon, Tyler Peterson; siblings, Lowell (Dee) Sullivan, Chris Sullivan, Martha Hatch; many nieces and nephews. 

He is preceded in death by five siblings and his parents.
