Linda Kathleen (Andrews) Obrycki

Linda Kathleen Obrycki (Andrews), age 77, of Monticello, MN passed away peacefully on October 16, 2025 in Golden Valley, MN. She was preceded in death by her brother, Marc; parents, Harold and Marian (Grau) Andrews. She is survived by her children, Kelly (Brian) Boettcher, Aaron (Carri) Obrycki, Kara (Neal) Greimel; grandchildren, Josh (Izzy), Kase, and Leo; great-grandchildren, Wesley and Maxwell; and sisters, Sharon Fleider, and Mary (Craig) Wylie.

Linda grew up in Fridley and graduated from Fridley High School in 1966. She went on to complete her Bachelor of Elective Studies at St. Cloud State University in 1990. During this time she had three children, two businesses and started her teaching career in ECFE. Linda took pride in her kids, grandkids, homes, and the children she taught in Monticello. She loved spending time with family, singing Karaoke, traveling, and art. Linda was a strong woman who believed in the importance of early childhood family education and spoke of it passionately. She found perpetual joy in reconnecting with families she taught in the community well after she retired.

Visitation (10:00AM) and Mass of Christian Burial (11:00AM) will be Friday, October 24th, 2025 at St. Henry Catholic Church in Monticello, MN. 

In lieu of flowers, please consider a gift to the family which will go towards a scholarship in Linda's name to be awarded to a Monticello senior pursuing a degree in teaching. If you are unable to attend the service, please forward cards to the funeral home in care of the Obrycki family and they will be forwarded.
