Age 69 of Monticello

Passed away peacefully on June 1, 2026 after a long battle with cancer.

She was preceded in death by her parents Al and Minnie (Heideman) Fath.

Marianne is survived by her loving husband of 33 years, Gary Shonyo; son Nathan Fath; brother Lyle Fath; grandchildren Tonya, Lilly, Zuri, Elizabeth, and Mary Ann; great-grandchildren Scarlet, Christopher, Benjamin, McKenzie, Olivia, and Ethan; sister Diane Bauer; and other relatives and friends.

Marianne loved jewelry, dollhouses, collecting Barbie Dolls, and motorcycle rides. 

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, June 10, 2026 from 10-11 AM with service at 11 AM. A luncheon will be served at the funeral home after the service. Interment at Calvary Cemetery in Wilmont, MN will take place on Thursday, June 11th.
