Marlo Samuelson

Marlo Samuelson, 83, of Monticello died on April 7th, 2025.  He was born February 26, 1942, to the late Raymond and Olga Samuelson.  He was raised in Cokato and graduated from the Cokato High School in 1960.  After graduation, he served in the United States Army.  He is survived by his wife of almost 59 years, Jean.  They moved to Monticello in 1969 where he was a barber for the next 4 decades.  He is also survived by daughter Tammy (Patrick); son Michael (Marta); sister Mary Jo (Robert); niece Kimberly (Terry), nephew Greg (Lora) and other extended family and friends.

A memorial service will be held at 11 AM on Wednesday, April 16th, 2025.  Visitation will be one hour prior to service.  A luncheon will follow the service.  Services will be held at Peterson-Grimsmo Funeral Chapel of Monticello, MN. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Peterson-Grimsmo Funeral Chapel of Monticello, MN. 763-295-2918. www.peterson-grimsmochapel.com
