Age 69 of Clearwater

Passed away on 7/10/22. Preceded in death by parents Archie & Shirley (Forrest) Eliason; and brother Craig Porter. Survived by children Angela (Keith) Ostwald, Bridget (Jesse) Thomas, and Justin (Jessica) Eliason; former wife Marlys Eliason;  grandchildren Haley, Brandon, Laci, Ryan, Soren, Johnny, Vivian, Emma, Elena, and Joey; siblings Keith Porter, Archie (Natalia) Eliason, and Donald (Rochelle) Eickstadt; and other relatives and friends. Marty served in the U.S. Marine Corps and loved woodworking and oil painting. He really was a wonderful person and had the gift of gab. He made friends everywhere he went. He also was a big fishing and music aficionado  He also owned his own insurance agency for over 30 years. A memorial service will be held at 12 PM with visitation 1 hour prior on Friday, July 15, 2022 at the Peterson-Grimsmo Funeral Chapel, 250 E. Broadway St., Monticello. 763-295-2918.
