Witschen, Robert J. age 80 of Monticello, passed away on October 27, 2019 at the CentraCare Health Center in Monticello. He was born on November 10, 1938 in Foley, MN TO John and Theresa (Schmitz) Witschen. Memorial service will be on Friday, November 29, 2019 at 5 PM at the Peterson-Grimsmo Chapel, 250 East Broadway in Monticello. Memorials are preferred to Lourencia’s Victory.
