She married Richard Eidem in 1955 and had 5 children. In 1984, she married her second husband, John Oliver of John Oliver & Associates Land Surveying in Elk River. She was a resident of Elk River for nearly 50 years before moving to Willows Landing in Monticello.
She started at an early age with a lifelong passion for crafting, painting, sewing and quilting at all levels including as owner of her craft store “Ideas Galore” on Main Street in Elk River. She enjoyed her social circles, including clubs, lunches with friends, and many travels with friends and family. Those who knew her best, knew her as a “spicy” woman to the very end!
