Thomas Victor Pearson

Thomas Victor Pearson, age 61 of Monticello, extremely devoted father and grandpa, loving husband, son, brother, uncle and friend, passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, December 19, 2024. Born in Minneapolis on June 21, 1963, to Floyd and Emily (Estlund) Pearson. He was raised in Brooklyn Park and attended Hosterman Junior High School in New Hope and Cooper High School in Robbinsdale. He dedicatedly worked for 30+ years in sales of roofing, siding and windows and recently started his own business Serenity Exteriors.

After being together for seven years, Tom and Laurie were united in marriage on August 7, 2021.

Tom enjoyed golfing and participating in charity golfing events, playing pool, dancing, football, fishing, and he especially loved spending time with his family and pets.

Tom lit up the room when he walked in with his beaming smile. He was one of a kind with his generous big heart and always being there to help everyone. He had a gift of befriending everyone he met, making long lasting friendships. “What’s not to love” about Tom!

He is preceded in death by his parents, Floyd and Emily Pearson; brother, Johnny Pearson; and beloved pets, Brutus, Sampson and Winston.

Tom is survived by his loving wife, Laurie Pearson; children, Jeff (Maria) Davis, Colin Pearson, John (Shauna) Pearson, Jared Pearson, Audriana Pearson and her dog Axel; grandchildren, Elijah, Maya, Kai, Ariana, Jakson; siblings, Les Pearson, Lynn (Curt) Olson, Lee (Pat) Pearson, Floyd (Deanna) Pearson, David (Sharon) Pearson, Nick (Suzi) Pearson, Melissa Pearson; beloved pets, Lucy and Oliver; and countless nieces, nephews, cousins, and numerous friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to family.

Tom wished to be cremated, and his service will be held Friday, December 27, 2024, from 4:00 to 8:00 PM, with a time of sharing at 6:30 PM, at Peterson-Grimsmo Funeral Chapel, 250 E Broadway St, Monticello, MN.
